Tracy-Erin Duggan

Tracy-Erin Duggan is a Director, Attorney and Notary Public at Stegmanns Incorporated, a medium-sized law firm with branches in Pretoria and Nelspruit.  Tracy graduated with an LLB degree from the University of South Africa and she joined the firm as a candidate attorney in 2008.  Over the years, Tracy has acquired a diverse set of legal and business skills; these combined with her unquestionable honesty, meticulousness and dedication to providing her clients with the very best she has to offer, have gained her a reputation for excellence and getting the job done under even the most difficult circumstances.  Her area of expertise is predominately in Debt Recovery, Foreclosures, Property Law, Notarial practice and General litigation however she is always willing to assist and advise in other areas of law. In 2015, Tracy was appointed to the firm’s Board of Directors, and in January 2019 she took over the management of Nelspruit Branch Office. Tracy is currently the firm’s Managing Partner.
