Trevinen Maistry

Trevinen Maistry joined the firm in 2014 and practises mainly in the commercial & criminal litigation departments, but his experience also extends to the administration of estates, family law, debt collection and civil litigation. Trevinen holds an LLB degree from UNISA and has extensive criminal, civil, and family law litigation experience. He has High Court Rights of Appearance and is experienced in High Court litigation as well. Trevinen has lectured at Unisa for 3 years in constitutional law and interpretation of statutes and currently a tutor for commercial law. He has obtained a conveyancing competency certificate and will be writing the conveyancing exam in September 2015.
