Viloshnee Naidu

Viloshnee Naidu obtained her LLB from the University of Durban in 2000 and joined De Villiers, Evans and Petit as a candidate attorney, gaining experience within general litigation with a particular focus on banking, insurance and RAF claims. In 2009, with a goal to focus more on banking litigation, Viloshnee joined Strauss Daly as an associate. She was promoted to director in 2010 and is currently running the Banking Litigation department, litigating on behalf of all major financial institutions within South Africa.
