He conducts and advises on clearance searches and assists with filing trade mark applications and prosecuting them until grant. Wensel also advises clients on, and assist with, enforcement of trade mark rights and copyright. This include providing advice on the merits and strategic enforcement advice, sending cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements and litigious proceedings before the local Trade Mark Offices, Courts, Advertising Standards Authorities and Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.
