Werner De Jager

Werner has practiced as an attorney since 1982.  He is a specialist insolvency practitioner.  He is also an admitted conveyancer.  He is on the panel of all the Masters in the Republic of South Africa, in order to be appointed as an insolvency practitioner.  Werner is on the panel of the 5 major banks being ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, NedBank and Investec in order to take appointments as trustee / liquidator.He works closely with various firms of auditors in implementing commercial contracts.  He furthermore provides a service with regard to the formation, administration and amendment of trusts and the winding up of deceased estates.He qualified during 1980 with a BJuris LLB from the University of Port Elizabeth.  After two years of national service, he did his articles with Greyvensteins, Port Elizabeth.  Soon thereafter he purchased a firm, based in Alexandria, from CJ Ballan Attorneys.  Floris Lordan joined his firm and the firm became known as De Jager & Lordan since approximately 1985.
