Werner Philip Welgemoed

Werner Welgemoed obtained his B.Comm in 1979 and his LL.B in 1981 from Stellenbosch University. He was admitted as Advocate in 1982 and Attorney in 1990. Werner has been practising law since 1981. He resigned from his position as senior director of a law firm to start Welgemoed Attorneys in 2009. Werner heads the litigation department and also specialises in commercial, criminal, family and labour law.
