William Du Toit is a consultant at BBP Law. Overall property law experience gained since 1983, servicing the needs of a diversity of clients throughout South Africa, which includes providing property-related advice to one of the region’s largest petroleum companies. During this 24-year relationship he has secured the rights to the development of automotive service stations around the country. He has developed specialist expertise in the petroleum industry and has for the last ten years drafted commercial contracts ranging from property matters, procurement matters and documenting joint facility agreements, such as bunkering agreements in the three largest ports of South Africa.
