Yousuf Boda

Yousuf Boda recently completed his articles of clerkship at LDA INC in 2020, having been primarily involved in the Labour Law department, and is in the process of being admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Yousuf gained vast experience in the employment law department of LDA INC, being involved in high profile matters, assisting attorneys in running matter including but not limited to lasing with clients, serving and filing court pleadings, attending hearings at the CCMA, being involved in retrenchments in terms of section 189 of the Labour Relations act, assisting in the preparation of urgent applications, assisting counsel with preparation for trial and attending court with counsel. Yousuf has particular knowledge of the nuances and intricacies of the day to day manner in which the Labour Court functions, having gained the requisite experience by liaising with various court officials, CCMA, and Bargaining Council commissioners and staff during the course of carrying out his duties daily. Yousuf has a penchant for Labour Law and takes pride in assisting clients with their various workplace disputes.
