Zain Lundell

Zain received his law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law where his studies focused on complex and class action litigation. A top 10 law school in the world, UofT Law is renowned for its class action program. After law school, Zain worked at Kim Spencer McPhee (previously Kim Orr Barristers), Canada's preeminent complex and class action litigation boutique, where he worked closely with some of North America's finest class action litigators, including Won Kim and Michael Spencer. Prior to joining LHL, Zain worked on high value complex commercial litigation claims, and on a variety of billion-dollar class action cases spanning various areas of law. Zain is known for his ability successfully navigate complex cases and is also well versed in litigation funding, and advises LHL on intelligent and novel ways to fund complex and high value litigation. Zain is passionate about social justice and the inclusive development of South Africa, and uses his litigation skills to champion the rights of the underprivileged and marginalised, including the rights of previously disadvantaged communities, women and children.
