Zama Mtshali

Zama Mtshali obtained her LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Law at the same university. She has been a practising attorney since 2016 and joined Strauss Daly in 2014. She works in the corporate advisory and forensic services department as a Professional Assistant. She is also the coordinator of the Strauss Daly Academy committee. Zama specialises in Governance and compliance advice, Corporate /Transaction advisory, Public and private law, Arbitrations, Magistrates Court, Labour Court and High Court litigation. She is a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.
