Zayaan Samuels

Zayaan Samuels is a Director at ESI with more than 10 years practical legal experience in the property sector. She completed her LLB at the University of the Western Cape in 2002 and joined ESI in 2004 adding the title of director to her name in 2005. She practices a broad spectrum of conveyancing including residential and commercial property transactions, sectional title developments, Mortgage and Notarial bonds, Leases and Servitudes, Instalment Purchase Agreements, Subdivisions and Consolidations, etc. Zayaan oversees Municipal Property transactions on behalf of the Department of Human Settlements Western Cape. She works closely with the City of Cape Town regarding their Municipal Transfers, as well as The Cape Town Community Housing Initiative (a subsidiary of the City of Cape Town) providing the public sector with affordable housing projects.
