Zoe Banchetti

Zoe attended the University of the Witwatersrand, obtaining her BA in 1995 and LLB in 1997. She served articles at Moss Morris and was appointed a partner of the firm in 2001. Zoe was one of the founding partners of TWB in October 2004. Zoe specialises in commercial, competition and banking law and has handled major mergers and acquisitions, BEE transactions, joint ventures and corporate structures and restructures. She has advised on and handled numerous competition applications and has advised on related aspects thereof including the provision of opinions on mergers and merger control. Zoe was formally a director of Imperial Bank.
