Goldberg & de Villiers Inc. was founded to offer tailored professional legal solutions that are flexible, innovative, creative and financially efficient for its clients. Our firm is comprised of 7 (Seven) Directors, 2 (Two) Associates and 4 (Four) Candidate Attorneys. We have an office situated in Port Elizabeth at 13 Bird Street, Central, Port Elizabeth as well as offices located in Plettenberg Bay. Both offices have complete infra-structure from internet and e-mail facilities through to messenger services. Our firm already has significant expertise in the areas of corporate law, municipal law, property transactions, conveyancing/transfers, notarial work, international trade, insurance law and litigation in both the Magistrate and High Court. Two of our Directors have Masters Degrees in tax law and one an Advanced Taxation Certificate which assists in the arena of corporate law, commercial legal opinions and all property related law. One of our Directors has a Masters Degree in International Trade. The firm encourages all professional staff members as well as para-legals to acquire additional expertise and to further qualify themselves in specific fields.
