The firm is unique in the sense that it only specialises in the administration of insolvent, deceased, trust and curatorship estates. We see ourselves as an extention to other financial institutions, legal and auditing firms, with the type of expertise that we offer. The firm opened on 1 September 1996 with the exclusive aim to attend to the administration of insolvent estates in all forms in a professional manner. The firm also extended its services to become more involved in the administration of deceased, trusts and curatorship estates. The firm is one of a few law firms who can still obtain security bonds with Insurance Companies for Curator Bonis appointments. Office Hours Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 13h00/14h00 to 16h30 The firm is located in a well situated office in Arcadia, Pretoria. Since inception it was decided to utilize all the existing resources to, as far as possible, computerize and make use of all modern communication technology. The entire infrastructure of the firm is designed to administer insolvent, deceased and curatorship estates as professionally, quickly and effectively as possible. We have 12 permanent staff members and we also make use of ad hoc external staff when the need arises to trace assets, investigations, forensic auditing ect.
