The firm came into existence on the 13th of September 1999 and currently consists out of 2 (two) directors, namely Messrs Franklyn Heinrich Lincoln Raymond and Robert William McCreath. The firm furthermore consists out of Barry de Waal, who has worked as a Law Clerk for ± 10 (ten) years and is at present also employed as the Office Manager. Analichia Theron is a litigation secretary who successfully completed a 2 (two) year secretarial course at the Boland College. She has been employed as a secretary for ± 3 (three) years and has had exposure in practically all spheres of legal practice.

Emily Jansen is the receptionist. Every Monday night the firm presents a program on Radio Tygerberg in terms whereof members of the community can phone in and request advice on legal problems. This service is provided free of charge. Messrs Frank Raymond and Robert McCreath present this program. The firm is in association with RA Francke & Radke, Soerset Weg 18a, 52070, Aachen in Germany.

Since inception, Raymond McCreath Inc has grown from strength to strength. We have managed to obtain clients of substance and expect the growth to increase in the years to come. Although the firm initially specialized in litigation the commercial department has grown exstensively.

The firm presently consists of 2 Directors, 1 candidate attorney and 3 support staff.
