We are a specialist firm of attorneys specialising in conveyancing (transfer of property). We offer expert advice in anything property – private offers, checking sale agreements and registration of transfers.

The firm SDG Attorneys and Conveyancers commenced practice at Umhlanga Ridge in 2013.

The firm has been independently rated in terms of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BBBEE) and is deemed to be a Level 3 Contributor i.e. an Exempted Micro Enterprise with a recognition level of 110%.

Premises, Equipment and Technology - The firm’s current premises are situated at 7 on Millenium, 5 Millenium Boulevard, Umhlanga Ridge, where adequate parking and meeting facilities are available to our clients. The firm is strategically situated next to the Umhlanga Ridge branch of Standard Bank. In order to maintain an efficient service to our clients, the firm has acquired and continues to update its equipment, having obtained the latest in computer software.

Where we find there is a conflict of interest or a potential conflict of interest, our clients are firstly clearly informed of such conflicts and our clients are then advised of avenues available and where necessary clients are referred to another firm of attorneys.

Fees - The fees charged are determined by the following factors namely the nature of the matter; the complexity; the seriousness/importance of the outcome, the volume of work involved; the time that it would take to be finalized; and experience of the person attending to the matter. We are more than willing to discuss and negotiate the fee with our clients. It has always been our practice to furnish our clients with a fairly itemized account. We therefore have no difficulty in complying with any of your billing structures and/or formats.
