Sheena Dasrath-Govender

Sheena's qualifications include a LLB degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in April 2008 and a LLM (Masters) degree in Business Law from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in April 2012. Sheena was admitted and enrolled as an Attorney in October 2010. She has also been admitted as a Conveyancer in October 2011. She has right of appearance in the High Courts of South Africa. She also holds a Certificate in Compliance Management with the University of Cape Town. She has approximately five (5) years’ experience in the legal field and two (2) years’ experience in the corporate compliance field with a financial institution. Sheena's practice specialises in Conveyancing and Property law, Administration of Estates, Divorces and Family Law, Trusts and Wills, Commercial drafting, Company law and registrations, Litigation and Compliance Management. Her specialist qualification in business law will greatly assist clients in need of advice of this nature.
