Locke Attorneys runs a general practice.  From property disputes and labour relations to antenuptial contracts and debt counselling.  We do it all.  But what really sets us apart from a lot of other firms? Well, to begin with, we offer our clients the option of structured and personalized payment plans.  Not every person has the financial means to be able to pay a large deposit upfront (as is usually requested by many law firms), and with our firm you won't have to - we work according to what you can afford and when you can afford it.  In truth, not all matters actually require a huge deposit.  Especially where it is unlikely that the matter will result in litigation. It is also for this reason that our firm has a different fee tariff for each of our areas of practice.  It only makes sense that the drafting of a relative uncomplicated contract should have a different and seperate fee tariff from, for example, a lengthy and complex commercial or criminal matter. Still not convinced?  We understand that it's not always easy to take time off from work to attend a consultation during the week or during business hours.  Fortunately, Van Heerden - Locke Attorneys offers our clients the option of after-hour consultations, as well as consultations on Saturdays.
