VvE Inc. has grown into a thriving practice with expertise in various fields like Conveyancing, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Curatorships, Administration of Trusts & Estates and Personal Injury Claims, to name but a few, since we opened for business on the 10th of June 1997 with only two personnel. We currently have a staff compliment of 15. Since the 1st of October 1998 the business has been operating as an Incorporated Company. Our Consultant, André van Eeden (B.Comm., B.Proc., LL.B.), has extensive knowledge and experience in Criminal and Civil litigation and is admitted to appear in the High Court. He is a Trustee and Curator Bonis, in numerous matters, as appointed by the Master of the High Court. VvE Inc. offers a wide range of services to financial, commercial and individual clients and we will make sure that your experience at our offices is a happy one. Our experienced professionals have the latest resources available to assist in applying themselves to your legal problem. VvE Inc. is a proud sponsor of Missing Children SA, a non-profit NGO assisting the South African Police Service in locating missing children. Fore-most in our work ethos is the building of personalised professional relationships with our business partners and clients. We strongly believe in providing outstanding client service, in terms of convenience and speed. Our Conveyancers are always prepared to travel within reason to a client's premises to expedite the signing of documents. Turn-around times are very important to us, second only to client service. We are on the panels of major Banking Institutions for Bond Registrations. We handle a variety of matters for our clients ranging from Property transactions to Litigation and Commercial work, including Labour issues, Trusts and Estates, as well as Material Damages claims for our clients (most often related to Personal Injury claims). We have a great Admin team attending to the smooth running of our business. VvE Inc. is presently the second largest Firm administering Trusts on behalf of the Master of the High Court in the Western Cape.
