Darren Wade Frittelli

Darren completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of South Africa in 2010. He completed his articles in 2012, and was admitted as an Attorney in High Court on 1 February 2013. He obtained his Rights of Appearance in the High Court on 2 December 2013. Darren joined Kemp and Associates in May 2016 and currently heads the Debt Review department at the firm where he opposes applications for debt review as well as launches applications for rescission alternatively variation of the debt review granted orders on behalf of Nedbank Limited. Darren further works with Nedbank Limited and The Motor Finance Corporation (Pty) Limited in ROA (Return of Asset) and (FOB) full outstanding balance litigation. Darren furthermore has a General Litigation practice and attends to Magistrate’s Court and High Court litigation.
