Kemp & Associates Incorporated was established in 1994 as a niche firm of attorneys specializing in litigation, foreclosures, collections, conveyancing and developments, estates and estate planning, commercial and family law matters. We render specialized services in the legal field ensuring that the client is always the main focus and ensuring service excellence.

We are a medium sized law firm with our main office in Durbanville, Cape Town. We have regional branches in Sandton and in Pretoria. We however attend to work on behalf of our clients in various other provinces due to our well established network of correspondents and firms in association.

Our firm is committed to Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) as the current charter promotes BEE bursaries, preferential procurement, training and social upliftment. We are furthermore a Level 1 BEE Contributor and are dedicated to community upliftment projects.

We have spent a number of years to ensure that the relationships formed in all areas with various role players in the legal field and the community be of benefit to the company as well as our valued clients.  We feel that it is key for any attorney to act professionally, reliably and specifically quickly in obtaining the required results to ensure that risks are kept at a minimum. Further to the aforegoing Kemp & Associates Incorporated submit that the most important part of acting for a client is to obtain the goal as efficiently as possible with the least financial impact on the client.

Our firm offers clients with confidentiality, reliability and cost effective services in various fields of the law. We will negotiate fees to suit the client. We adhere to the fee guidelines as prescribed by the Law Societies of the relevant provinces, as well as the relevant Rules of Court.
