Karl Gustav Kemp

Gustav obtained his Baccalaureus Legum Civilium and Bachelor of Laws Degrees from the University of Pretoria and his Master of Law from the University of London. He furthermore obtained a H Dip Tax.Gustav worked as a Candidate Attorney with the firm of Rein & Verster (the firm changed its name and is currently known as Solomon Nicholson Friedland Hart) in Pretoria. He worked as an Attorney at the firms of Van Niekerk Groenewoud & Van Zyl in Parow and Jan S De Villiers (now known as Werksmans) in Cape Town before starting his own Practice as Smuts Kemp & Smal Incorporated (now known as Kemp & Associates Incorporated).Gustav has skills in strategic and general management, negotiations on all levels,is a creative and analytical thinker dealing with the bigger picture, business acumen acquired over years of working with financial institution of clients, excellent knowledge of immovable property and development thereof and extensive experience in litigation, notably commercial litigation for banks and large corporations.He is well educated, well travelled and widely experienced over a period of twenty years in the business world as an individual and on behalf of clients with specific reference to legal matters, management, finance, strategy and negotiations as well as labour matters.  Gustav has acted as trustee and director for various Trusts and Companies.
