Dirk Jacobus Kotze

Dirk Kotze hails from the Western Cape and completed his LL.B at the University of Stellenbosch. He completed his articles during 2007 at one of South Africa’s leading law firms, Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes. After completing his articles he was appointed at STBB as a professional assistant. During August 2008, Mr. Kotze joined Van der Meer Attorneys. During June 2011 Mr Kotze opened his own firm. Mr. Kotze specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Law, International Business Law and Corporate Affairs and matters concerning the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act.
