John Bromley

John Bromley is a Director of Fairbridges Wertheim Becker specializing in Medical Law. He holds the degrees of BA LLB from the University of Cape Town. He was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1984 and appointed a Director of the firm in 1987. John is a leading expert in all aspects of medical legal jurisprudence. He has successfully conducted many cases in the High Courts and Supreme Court of Appeal, as well as representing his clients at inquests. His practice concentrates on issues of medical negligence, as well as hospital relationships with doctors and health care professionals. He also has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, both domestic and international.
