Rick O' Kennedy

Rick graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2002 after obtaining a B Comm (Law) degree (in 2000) and a post-graduate LLB degree (in 2002). He joined Mindes in 2003 as a candidate attorney and was admitted as an attorney and a notary public in 2005. Rick specialises in company and banking law, the law of contract, insolvency law and commercial litigation, mainly in the High Court. Rick represents a well-known private bank as well a number of prominent businesses. Rick previously served as chairman of the Tygerberg Attorneys Association and still serves on the TAA committee. Rick also serves on the High Court Committee of the Cape Law Society.
