Pepler O'Kennedy Overview

Pepler O’Kennedy is a partnership between Andre Pepler and Rick O’Kennedy. The firm commenced business in September 2016. Both Andre and Rick were shareholders and directors of a prominent Northern Suburbs legal practice before they decided to open the current partnership which focuses on commercial law and commercial litigation. They have 40 years of experience and between them have built lasting relationships with their clients over many years.

Pepler O’Kennedy represent both blue chip listed companies, such as Investec Bank Limited, Growthpoint Properties Limited and Hyprop Investments Limited, as well as smaller bespoke-type companies and Individuals conducting business in smaller niche markets. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide quality specialist legal services whilst at the same time building and retaining longstanding relationships with our clients.

In addition to the 2 partners Pepler O’Kennedy employs a candidate attorney, Sean Hulley, who will be employed as a fully qualified associate as from January 2017, and 2 commercial / litigation secretaries, Jill Steenkamp and Chantal Wiese, who have been with the partners for many years. A new candidate attorney commences employment in early January 2017.
