Tania Mokwana

Tania Mokwana is an admitted attorney of the High Court and was admitted as such in June 2016 and has since been admitted as a Notary in February 2020. Tania holds an LLB degree which she obtained at the University of Pretoria in 2012. During the course of her studies, Tania immediately found a love and passion in family law, civil litigation, law of succession, and law of contracts. As an LLB graduate, Tania has acquired the necessary skills that an attorney should possess in order to succeed in the field. These qualities are, but not limited to: listening, understanding, researching, writing, constructive thinking, and hard working. Tania’s skills were honed when she attended full-time law school in Johannesburg in 2014, where she further learnt how to work hard and succeed under immense pressure. In addition to the above, Tania acquired her litigation skills while serving her articles where she further grew fonder of the law, more especially, basic human rights. After serving her articles at the Legal Aid Board, she has since worked as a legal mediator, legal advisor and as an attorney at various legal as well as private companies. Tania values professionalism, honesty, client confidentiality and integrity when attending to any work she is involved in. With her extensive experience in the legal fraternity together with her studies and Practice Management Training, Tania has been sufficiently equipped with the necessary skills and confidence to establish and run Tania Mokwana Inc. professionally and successfully.
