Friedland Hart Solomon & Nicolson is a firm of attorneys ideally located in a modern office park in Monument Park, Pretoria just off the R21.
The firm consists of 13 attorneys practicing in a variety of fields within the legal profession and has over 60 staff members. Together, we offer a broad range of legal services with specialist departments which interact with each other thus working as multidisciplinary teams in all areas of major legal practice.
The partners, consultants, associates and professional assistants form an excellent legal team led by Gerhard Painter who joined the firm in 1982, became a partner in 1985 and is now Managing Partner of the firm. Our reputation and integrity are known and respected throughout South Africa. These principles are jealously guarded in our professional and personal dealings with clients, colleagues and other members of the legal profession.
The merger of the law practices of FRIEDLAND HART & PARTNERS and SOLOMON NICOLSON REIN & VERSTER INC took effect on 1 November 2009. Both firms have long and proud histories in the legal fraternity of Pretoria. The merger has significantly strengthened our presence and expertise in key client markets, thereby greatly enhancing our capacity to offer our clients high quality, specialised legal services in all fields of practice.
